Before you write
Two things we cannot do, so you do not wait a day to find out: we cannot see or change a lender's decision, and we cannot check the status of a loan, because we never touch the money. Questions about an active loan go to the lender named in your agreement; their contact details are in the documents you signed.
Everything else is fair game: how the matching works, what a term in an offer means, trouble with the site, or asking us to remove your information. The FAQ already answers the most common questions if you would rather not wait.
